Branding/Design Collateral
Purpose
Create a film festival and all the collateral pieces for the director of your choice.
Concept
Ang Lee. Hidden emotions with unique characters. That’s what his films portray. For this project, I wanted to focus the concept on this common idea and theme that is prevalent in his films. I choose Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Brokeback Mountain, and Sense and Sensibility to showcase. All of these are much different films, characters, and even time periods. I wanted all the pieces to conceal something and play off that in the typography as well.
